WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE DEPUTY OF C&QA, DEPUTY OF E&TA AND JIC FACULTY

On Monday 22th of Rabi II 1434 H (04th of March 2013), the Faculty Development Unit conducted its first workshop entitled “Introduction to Faculty Development Unit” at JIC auditorium.

The workshop was delivered by Dr.Amir Hussain, head of the faculty development unit. He introduced the unit to JIC faculty. In the presentation he discussed the objectives, role, and functions of the unit. He explained the different faculty development activities that JIC faculty can participate in. He also explained the procedures and ISO forms used to plan and request participation in faculty development activities. The presentation was followed by a constructive open discussion between the participants and the Curriculum and Quality Assurance team, headed by Dr. Mohammad Alyami. At the end of the event, the deputy of C&QA thanked all participants and encouraged them to actively participate in such important activities and assured that full support will be provided by JIC management
